Jonathan first started practicing Agile in 2000 while working for a security start-up. Since then, he has worked as an independent technology consultant using a variety of Agile methodologies for software development. He has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, is a Certified Scrum Master, a PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), a Certified Agile Coach and holds a Certificate in Project Management from MRU. Jonathan is a volunteer organizer for Agile Open Canada and former organizer of the Calgary Agile Methods User Group. He enjoys all types of mountain biking, snowboarding, mountaineering, travelling as well as technology.
Gary is a highly adaptable and trusted servant leader with 25+ years experiences in technology, focusing on Program and Project Management, Scrum Master, Development Manager and Agile Coach roles. Gary’s current focus is working with teams to optimize the flow of customer value, and develop loyal, high performing teams through Agile and Lean practice adoption. Gary is a volunteer organizer and facilitator for Calgary Agile Methods User Group (CAMUG) as well as Agile Open Canada. When not working, you can find him building guitars, snowboarding, mountain biking, and onewheeling.

Mack is an Agile Facilitator, Coach and Guide who works in the area of product management, organizational design and guiding agile change. He’s worked and lived in Canada, the USA, India, England and France, presents regularly at conferences and is the organizer of Agile Victoria.
Molly is a scrum master and agile coach, supporting software development and systemic change initiatives within the BC government. She is a lover of community and the great outdoors and lives with her partner and two kids on the unceded territories of the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations (Victoria, BC).
